interpretation of the Parisian classic.
A restaurant where traditional French cuisine meets the flavours of the
Martin and Paul spent a great deal of time researching ideas for just the right the balance of ambience, design and style for The Honours — drawing on inspiration from many successful restaurants around the world. Together, they have crafted a unique menu which draws on the trusted artisan producers and suppliers.
The Honours menu combines seasonal, Scottish flavours in innovative, brasserie-influenced dishes.

Working in collaboration with Jean Christophe, Manager at Restaurant Martin Wishart, The Honours team have compiled a concise but varied wine list, with the ultimate aim of offering the majority of the selection on the list by the glass.

Our accomplished bartender has taken it upon himself to develop an impressive list of classic cocktails — all prepared to his exacting standards. The bar menu also includes a selection of smaller dishes and a suitably continental selection of aperitifs and digestifs.
